- Show hours: 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Cost of table or booth: 1st $50; each additional $40
- Are the tables draped? No
- Table Size: 8' tables
- Are Chairs Provided? Yes
- Number of Helpers Allowed: Limit of 2 people per booth
- Set up time: The day before the show - 3:00pm - 9:00pm
Morning of the show - 7:00am - 9:00am
- Take down time: We ask that you do not pack before 4:00 pm
You may not be asked to return if your table is packed before 4:00 pm
- Advertising: Several doll and toy trade publications, flyers , mail
list and newspapers.
- Recommended for Original Artists? "Yes, I have had several different ones set up with me and if their work is good they do well."

- Comments: This is mainly an antique toy and doll show but doll artists and suppliers are welcome.
- Additional Comments: The 2 smaller shows (Tulsa and Oklahoma City)have been cancelled due to lack of dealers and customers. Ebay has really hurt the shows and antique malls and shops in the Tulsa/Oklahoma City area. The November show in Tulsa will be held on November 19, 2005.
