- Admission: $3.00
- Show hours: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Cost of table or booth: 1st table $60.00. Each additional table is $55.00
- Are the tables draped? No, Each exhibitor must provide their own table covers, draped to the floor on front and sides.
- Setup Time: 7:30am - 10:00am
- Takedown Time: Must remain set up until the end of the show at 4:00pm
- Number of Helpers Allowed? Limit of One Helper per table. Helper must be over 16 years old.
- Advertising: Radio, Newspapers, Magazine, Flyers, Dealers, Friends and Customers
- Recommended for ALL doll artists
- Prices must be clearly marked, all merchandise shall be properly wrapped and a sales receipt shall be provided for each purchase.
- No other display table or stand will be permitted unless approved by the Contract Chairperson.
- Tables must be attended at all times.
