- Cost of table or booth: $35.00 for 1 table, $70.00 for 2, $90.00 for 3, $120.00 for 4
- Are the tables draped? Covers are provided but they don't go to floor; Dealers can use their own

- Set up time: 7:00 am - 10:00 am
- Takedown: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Advertising: Extensive advertising both Locally - newspapers and flyers; radio, tv if possible - and Nationally - in almost all doll magazine calendars.
- Average Attendance: 350 - 400, averages that every year no matter how much advertising is done.
- Charity: Show benefits several charities which are decided upon in January following the show by the doll club.

- Inquire about free booth space to new artists in exchange for a demonstration during show
- Doll Appraisals conducted from 10:30am to 1:30pm
- Cost of appraisals is $2.00 per item, with a limit of 3 items
- Comments: Top quality show with nice variety of dolls from antique to modern and everything in between. People always well pleased; have never had any complaints that I am aware of.
