  • Are chairs provided?: Yes, 2 chairs and 2 badges are provided for both Table and Booth space

    Deposit of 50% due with contract

  • Set up time: Friday, 12:00noon - 6:00pm

  • Advertising: Flyers, small posters and postcards available, please request amount needed
  • Nevada sales tax is collected at the end of the show, by the show producer. You will receive the form when you check in.
  • Accommodations: Reno Livestock Event Center has RV spaces for $30.00 per night. Reservations are required.
