Children under 12: Free - Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
- Booth cost: $175 - $225 per 13' x 10' space with one 8 foot table included in cost.
Booth space fits up to three 8 foot tables.
Additional table rental: $20 per 8 foot table or vendor/exhibitor can provide their own.
- Are Tables Draped? No, exibitor/vendors provide their own or can rent covers for $40.00 per table
- Are chairs provided? Yes, 2 per booth
- Number of helpers allowed? Up to 4 maximum

- Take down time: Sunday - after 3:30pm
- Annual event? Yes -- usually end of March, beginning of April
- Advertising: Extensive - All national doll magazines, local advertising, online advertising and radio. Mailing list of 2000+
- Number of years in Existence? This is the 3rd year for the show with the name "Kansas City Doll Fair ~ the Art of the Doll".
- Average Attendance: Approximately 1250 people attended the 2003 show. Attendance for the 2004 show was about 600 people total.
The attendance for all craft shows was way down in 2004 due to the economy.
- Parking: 2500 spaces of Free Parking
- Competition: The Kansas City Doll Competition is open to anyone who wishes to have their dolls critiqued by qualified judges. The goal of the competition is to provide an educational experience for the participants and other doll makers. Ribbons and other prizes awarded are a visual example of excellence achieved by the individual artists in the art of doll making.
Competition entry fees: $7.00 per entry; $10.00 late fee after February 15
Tableaus: $10.00 per entry; $13.00 after February 15

- Workshops:
With 36 workshops to choose from, there is something for all skill levels and interests from beginner to advanced. Learn new skills, tips, and techniques from professional artist instructors.
Deadline for workshop registration and fee payment is February 15, 2005.

- Charity Raffle:This years Charity Benefit Raffle will be for a beautiful hand-crafted, full size Quilt
All proceeds will be donated to the Lakemary Center - a special place for people with special needs.
You don't have to be present to win.
- Helper Opportunity Raffle: A "Helper" is a doll or related item raffled to help with the expense of Doll Competition. No need to be present to win
- Thursday Night - BBQ Get together - Enjoy a relaxing evening of fun & a great BBQ with all the fixin's!
- Saturday - Breakfast with ODACA - Enjoy breakfast along with a presentation on original figurative art by Robin Foley and Pattie Bibb.
Evening: Open House get together at the AmeriSuites Hotel sponsored by the Pin Ella P. Doll Club & Scott Publications
- Doll photographer - A Professional photographer will be available to capture a picture of your favorite doll in all its glory!
