Saturday & Sunday, September 17th & 18th: Salesroom and competition exhibit open 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Admission: Adults: 1 Day Pass - $15.00; 2 Day Pass - $20.00;
Children accompanied by an adult - FREE
- Cost of Table/Space: $350.00
- Space & Table Size: 8 Ft fully skirted table, 8' x 10' space

- Number of Helpers Allowed: Limit of 4 per vendor

- Setup Time: September 16th, 4:00pm to 7:00pm
- Takedown Time: September 18th after 5:00pm closing of the show.
- Competition: The competition is open to everyone. There are 9 categories, including a youth category open to children under the age of 16. Awards include ribbons and Special Industry Awards to be announced.
- Workshops: Workshops including Alice Leveritt, Maryanne Oldenburg, Sherry Goshon, Jean Bernard, Pam Lembo and others!
- Food Available: Several restaurants within the hotel and minutes away on the Famous Las Vegas Strip.
- Parking: Free Parking at the Stardust Hotel
- Accomodations: Special Hotel rates are available at the Stardust Hotel by calling 1-866-281-1034 and specifying our code DOLL905. Anyone attending can obtain our special hotel rates.
- Additional Comments: The Show and Sale is open to collectors, buyers, artists, dolls, bears, miniatures and dealers of toys.
