The sales room is open to delegates of the convention only on Friday August 5 from 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Admission:
Convention registration is $335.00. Includes extensive educational program with lectures and demonstrations, Unlimited access to Sales Room, Competition Exhibit and other special exhibits, Silent Auction, Pizza Party, Award Ceremony with Dessert Reception, Gala Dinner and Entertainment, souvenirs.
- Cost of Tables: 1 table - $250.00, 2 tables - $375.00, 3 tables - $475.00, ($525.00 if closed end of U faces the isle)
4 tables - $550.00 ( $600.00 if closed end of U faces the isle)
- $25.00 additional fee for two dealers sharing booth or an assistant sells her/his own merchandise. No more than 2 dealers per booth.
- Electricity: $35.00 for a 5 amp power strip. For larger outlets or additional amps please inquire.
- Table Size: 8" x 30"
- Are Tables Draped? Yes, tables are draped with white cloths that reach almost to the floor. You may bring your own cloths or skirts for added decoration, but all such display materials must be flameproof.
- Are Chairs Provided?
- Number of Helpers Allowed: One or two table booths - 1 helper
Three or more tables - 2 helpers
- Set-Up Time: Thursday, August 4 from 6:00 pm - 11:00pm; Dealers will be permitted to enter the Sales Room on Friday at 7:00am and on Saturday at 8:00am.
- Take Down Time:Saturday August 5 4:00pm - 6:00pm
