    Thursday - Competition 9:00am - 2:00pm
    Thursday - Workshops 9:00am - 5:00pm
    Sales room is NOT open to the public on Thursday
    Friday - Convention, Sales Room and Workshops 10:00am - 6:00pm
    Saturday - Convention, Sales Room and Workshops 10:00am - 4:00pm
  • Cost of Table or Booth: Standard Booth - $80.00
    Corner Booth - $90.00
    Additional Tables - $15.00
  • Booth Size: 8'x10' or 10'x8'
    One table included per booth
  • Are the tables draped? No
  • Set up time: Thursday 8:30pm - 10:00pm
    Friday 8:00am - 10:00am
  • Takedown: Saturday - 4:00pm - 6:00pm
  • Vendors are responsible for providing all taxes due to the State of Missouri. A Missouri State Retail Tax Application will be provided free of charge in your Vendor package, along with the appropriate Tax Schedule.
  • Competition: Porcelain, Cloth, Original, Miniature and Costuming
  • Helper Raffle: Doll related items donated by vendors, workshop instructors, companies, doll clubs and members of IDEA for the purpose of a raffle to help defray the cost of the convention.
  • Workshops: Instructors for this years workshops include Marrianne Cummings, Joyce Murch, Lana Fisk and Lee Bryant.
  • Dianna Effner and the Doll Dreamers Guild - a gathering of the Doll Dreamers Guild will be held in conjunction with the IDEA Conference. These events include a DEEP Seminar, a Doll Costuming Seminar and an All new Challenge and Doll Dreamers Showcase.
