- Admission: Adults $3.00; Children $1.00; under 6 free
- Show hours: 10:00am to 4:00pm
- Cost of Table: $50.00 1st table; $40.00 each additional table
- Table Size: 8 foot
- Are the tables draped? Tables must be draped, but may be supplied by the VBC or the dealer
There is a $10.00 charge for VBC supplied linens- Are chairs provided? Yes, 2 chairs per booth
- Number of helpers allowed: 1 helper plus dealer
- Setup time: 1:00pm -5:00pm June 25th, or 7:45am - 9:45am the day of the show
- Takedown time: 4:00pm June 26th
- Types of advertising: Doll magazines, collector publication, internet
- Average Attendance: I have no idea, but it's a lot!
- Would you recommend this show for Original Doll Artists? YES!!!! We LOVE them!
- Charity: Major proceeds to local children's charities
- Parking: $4.00
- Food Available: Concession; coffee and doughnuts free to dealers while setting up

- Comments: We are anxious to add some dollmaking supplies, etc. to the show. We had them a few years back, but have gone more to the collectible/antique market lately.
