- Show hours: 9:30am - 2:00 pm
- Admission: Adults - $3.00; Children under 12 - $1.00.
Bring a non-perishable food item for the local food pantry and receive $1.00 off the admission price of one adult ticket.
- Cost of Table or Booth: $40.00 for one 8' x 30" table and 2 chairs. One helper allowed.
U-Shaped Space includes 3 or 4 tables and maximum of 3 chairs. Two helpers allowed with a maximum of three people to man U-Shape booth. Price for this setup is $40.00 x number of tables.
8' x 30" space may be rented in conjunction with at least one table rental and is offered for those dealers who wish to use pegboard display stands/clothing racks, large sale items, etc. Cost of table plus space will be $80.00.

- Are the tables draped? No, Exhibitors must provide table covering
- Exhibitors must provide signs.
- Merchandise must be clearly marked as to reproduction, chips, cracks, replacement parts or other defects, as well as price. Dolls and items for display only must be clearly marked "NOT FOR SALE"
- Set up time: 7:30am - 9:30am
- Takedown: 2:00pm Must remain setup throughout show time!

Lunch is also available on premises.
- Special guest John Burbidge will be present with a selection of his fashion mannikins "Les Petite Dames de mode" and will sell and autograph his book.
